This new role has been created to support the expansion of the marketing team and will report directly to the Head of Marketing.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the client's website, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.
With a strong background in e-commerce and digital marketing, the E-Commerce Manager will play a key role in driving online sales growth and enhancing the brand's online presence.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce site, including product listings and search engine optimisation.
- Own the e-commerce function, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ensure the website is user-friendly and regularly updated with new products, promotions, and content.
- Develop and execute an e-commerce sales strategy to support online revenue and growth targets.
- Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media advertising, and online promotions.
- Enhance the online shopper journey to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the e-commerce platform, such as traffic, conversion rates, and average order value.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to optimise product offerings and marketing efforts.
- Use web analytics tools to generate reports and insights to support business decisions.
- Implement customer feedback mechanisms and monitor online customer service issues.
- Work with IT and external development teams to implement new features and troubleshoot technical issues.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess skills in Google Analytics and Excel.
The company offers an attractive salary of up to £40,000 and access to company discounts on products.
