We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and open a new Children's Home in Thornton Heath. This 5-bed EBD Home will cater to children aged 8-18. Our client is an established provider in the children's residential sector with a home already open within the borough and rated as Good in all areas with Ofsted.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the residential home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted legislation
- Train staff, develop care plans, and foster relationships with external professionals
- Ensure the children in our care are happy, healthy, and achieve positive outcomes
- NVQ Level 3 Children and Young People or Residential Childcare
- Experience with Ofsted within the children's residential home sector
- Desirable: NVQ Level 5 Leadership and Management Children and Young People Workforce, driving license
