Job Title: Children Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee one of our Ofsted-registered homes, with plans to open a second home next year. Both homes will follow Outbound Care's integrated therapeutic approach.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have previously held Ofsted registration and successfully managed a children's home. They will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for children and young people aged 8-18.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the children's home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations and company policies.
  • Lead a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people.
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of each child.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
Requirements:
  • QCF Level 3/4 Residential Childcare or Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (or willingness to work towards it).
  • Experience as a Manager or Deputy Manager in a children's residential home.
