About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Manager to join our team at Land Securities. As a key member of our technology leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities related to application technology across our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of IT professionals responsible for delivering internal IT and business change projects.
  • Oversee the Land Securities portfolio of applications, ensuring they meet business needs and are aligned with our technology vision.
  • Drive the successful transition of application-related projects into business-as-usual operations.
  • Forge strong relationships with business areas, promoting the team's successes and optimizing service levels.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to gather feedback and deliver continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing complex problems, defining hypotheses, creating MVPs, running experiments, and analyzing results to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Contribution to technology vision, strategy, and roadmap to enable digital business transformation.
  • Experience in leading technical transformation projects and acceptance into production support.
  • Delivering hybrid working excellence with Enterprise Applications to improve customer and user experience.
  • Budget planning and financial management experience.
