Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced farm manager to join our team at LKL Services Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in milking and calf husbandry, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our farm, including milking and caring for our livestock. They will also be expected to perform general farm maintenance tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Milking and calf husbandry
  • Farm maintenance and repairs
  • Cattle handling and management

Requirements:

  • Experience working on a dairy farm
  • Strong knowledge of milking procedures and calf care
  • Able to lift 25kg and work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: £35,000-£45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
