Inclusive Education Tutor

Teaching Personnel is seeking an experienced Inclusive Education Tutor to provide high-quality support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of SEN policies and regulations, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Position
This part-time role involves developing and implementing tailored learning plans to meet the specific needs of each student, delivering engaging and interactive lessons to support academic progress and personal development, and collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement bespoke learning plans to cater to individual student needs
- Deliver interactive and engaging lessons to promote academic progress and personal growth
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to student development
- Ensure seamless integration of SEN support into mainstream education
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of SEN policies and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to individual student needs
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Salary and Benefits
- Part-Time hours with flexibility in scheduling
- Collaborative work environment with students, parents, and educational professionals
- £20 - £30 per hour
