We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team at No7 Beauty Company. As a key member of our Brand Team, you will be responsible for developing and leading the delivery of our social and content strategy, driving value to the business by taking our socials to new levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead delivery of the social and content strategy for No7 in the UK/ROI.
  • Lead conversations with agency and platform partners, bringing new innovation and audiences to the brand.
  • Ensure content requirements for the UK/ROI market are met, always seeking out new formats, trends and production methods to enhance our content delivery and consumer engagement.
  • Consult on Paid content for UK campaign moments with global/local teams to ensure all content follows best in class social first principles.
  • Be confident in data, metrics and measurement and can set up internal and external partners to deliver regular analytics, pivoting the strategy based on insight.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience leading a social and content team.
  • Be social media obsessed, always ahead of the curve with latest trends and influencers.
  • An interest in beauty and passion for the No7 brand.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, platforms and best practice – and how our different customers will use channels and consume content differently.
  • Experience working with social listening platforms or social media management tools – such as Tint/Sprinklr.
