About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Media Strategist to join our marketing department. This is a strategy-led role; someone who will take on the leadership of growing and managing community for the brand. With remit and expectation to engage far and wide across the brand's business, we are looking for someone culture-obsessed to make their approach to community-building both more strategic and inherently become embedded.

The Role:

This role involves the leadership of community growth for the brand. Working alongside agency partners, you will define a community-centric communications strategy across all paid, owned, and earned channels (including but not limited to organic social, editorial content, ambassadors, paid partnerships, seeding, and influencers, events, and progressive PR). This strategy will be in line with the brand strategy; the objective being to grow community.

Responsibilities:

  • Community Leadership: Lead community growth for the brand.
  • Community Management: Manage day-to-day community strategy and production/output of social content.
  • Joining the Dots Across Consumer Touch Points: Take multiple brand narratives and push them out across different media touchpoints for the brand to show up in original ways.
  • Data Literacy: Champion data-driven approach to managing and growing community.
  • Measurement: Analyze and report on performance attribution of community marketing activity (across paid, owned, and earnt content).

Requirements:

  • Able to think strategically and come up with innovative solutions.
  • Familiarity with modern brands and how they show up in new and interesting ways.
  • Understanding of popular culture and human psychology behind brand building.
  • Experience working with social media intelligence and brand planning/tracking/measuring/reporting tools.
  • Possess a passion for joining the dots across consumer touch points.

About You:

Salary: £42,000 per annum.
