Teaching Assistant Role in Specialist School

Tradewind Recruitment is proud to offer a full-time, long-term opportunity for an experienced Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our client's specialist school in Ormskirk. This exciting role comes with a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

About the Role:

This Higher-Level Teaching Assistant role involves supporting teaching staff in developing and implementing tailored education plans for students. The successful candidate will also assist in planning and delivering engaging learning activities that cater to the diverse needs of the student population.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teaching staff in creating and delivering personalized learning plans.

  • Contribute to the development of educational programs that meet the needs of students with additional requirements.

  • Maintain effective communication with teaching staff, students, and parents to ensure seamless collaboration and progress tracking.
