Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Education Support Specialist to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Behavioural Interventionist, you will work closely with pupils exhibiting challenging behaviour, providing emotional and behavioural support to help them develop coping strategies and self-regulation skills.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Work collaboratively with key school staff to deliver tailored lessons and activities catering to the needs of each pupil.
  2. Develop supportive relationships with pupils, acting as a mentor and role model to improve overall attainment.

With an estimated salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, this role is perfect for individuals passionate about supporting children and young people. If you have relevant experience working with challenging behaviours and are committed to making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  1. Relevant references and DBS/police checks.
  2. Able to work 5 days a week (term time only).
