We are looking for an experienced Year 5 Learning Specialist to join our team at Wayman Group. Job Description:
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of Year 5 students
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and engagement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement effective teaching strategies
  • Establish open lines of communication with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress
Requirements:
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a primary school setting, preferably in Year 5
  • Deep understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage classrooms effectively and maintain a safe learning environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Capacity to adapt instruction to meet the varied needs of students
  • Dedication to ongoing professional development and growth

The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
