\The ideal candidate will possess a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare, such as EYE or NVQ, and have at least 6 months of experience working in an Early Years setting.
\A solid understanding of child development principles is crucial for creating engaging learning environments and providing high-quality care and education to young children.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- To create safe and nurturing environments for children aged 0-5 years
- To develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote child development
- To build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through excellent communication skills
- To maintain accurate records and adhere to health and safety protocols
Required Skills and Qualifications:
\- Level 2 or 3 Early Years Childcare qualification (EYE or NVQ)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in an Early Years setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary and Benefits:
\We offer a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
