**Role Overview**
">As a Care Assistant at CV-Library in Oxford, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a real difference in the lives of others.
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional care and a commitment to ensuring that every resident receives the quality care they deserve. You will be responsible for supporting residents with daily tasks and activities, developing and maintaining relationships with residents and their families, and working collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care.

**Requirements:**
- At least 6 months' experience of caring for older people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
