Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant, providing high-quality care and support to our residents in local Residential and Nursing homes. You will work collaboratively with our experienced team to deliver personalized care plans, promoting independence and dignity for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, medication management, and mobility support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans, working closely with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their physical and mental well-being

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and maths
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably within a Residential or Nursing home environment
  • A commitment to delivering person-centered care, promoting resident independence and dignity
