Clinical Specialist (Behavior Specialist)
Part Time
The estimated hourly rate for this role is $21, offering a total annual salary of around $43,920 based on 20 hours worked per week.
We are seeking a dedicated individual who will provide high-quality support to individuals in various settings. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized support plans that promote independence and well-being.
- Create and implement personalized support plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of support plans and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and caregivers to ensure informed decision-making and coordination of care.
- Bachelor's Degree in a human services field.
- Training in behavior modification techniques or experience in behavior management treatment.
- Knowledge of specialized populations, including individuals with developmental disabilities, brain injuries, or mental health conditions.
- Valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance if transporting individuals.
- Completion of all required state training and certifications.
