Detailed Job Description

At Daniel Owen Ltd, we are committed to delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships with our clients. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in achieving this goal.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Carrying out reactive repairs to residential properties, including but not limited to fixing leaking taps, replacing sockets, and hanging new doors.
  • Maintaining a suitable van stock level and restocking as needed.
  • Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of works.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a City & Guilds qualification or NVQ level 3 in a relevant trade, with recent experience in a similar role within residential maintenance. You must also possess a full valid UK driving license and be comfortable driving a company vehicle. A salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum is available, plus additional benefits including a company car and comprehensive training plan.
