Handyman/carpenter

Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
- Repair or replace broken or damaged fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Install or assemble new items such as furniture, shelving, or fixtures
- Paint walls, ceilings, doors, or other surfaces as needed
- Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks, such as unclogging drains or replacing light fixtures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques
- Proficient in using various hand and power tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
