Job Details- Estimated salary: £45,000 to £60,000 + benefits package

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the on-site delivery of high-end residential new build and refurbishment projects.
- Manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Liaise with architects, designers, and clients to ensure project specifications are understood and executed.
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot to ensure seamless project progress.
- Proven experience as a site manager within high-end residential projects.
- Ability to manage multiple trades, subcontractors, and suppliers efficiently.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, health & safety regulations, and best practices.
