Responsibilities include providing leadership and management to the team, ensuring the provision of staff training, and delivering high-quality care services to vulnerable individuals in their own homes.

Key qualifications and experience required include holding an NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 qualification in Social Care, in-depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria, and management experience of service provision within domiciliary care.
