Registered Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Registered Manager to join our team at Right at Home Croydon. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our care team to deliver exceptional care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and management to the care team to ensure high-quality care services are delivered.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Manage scheduling to ensure care assistants deliver allocated care to clients.
  • Conduct quality assurance and governance activities, including spot checks and service reviews.
  • Complete and improve assessments, risk assessments, and support plans to achieve client outcomes.
  • Take ownership of emergency on-call responsibilities and perform ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
  • Hold or be working towards an NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 qualification in Social Care.
  • Have in-depth understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores.
  • Have management experience of service provision within domiciliary care.
  • Have experience in managing people.
