Registered Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Registered Manager to join our team at Right at Home Croydon. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our care services to ensure the highest standards of quality and care are delivered to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and management to our care team to ensure exceptional outcomes for our clients.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Design and implement effective scheduling to ensure high-quality care delivery.
  • Conduct quality assurance and governance activities, including spot checks, service reviews, and internal audits.
  • Develop and maintain client assessments, risk assessments, and support plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Take ownership of emergency on-call responsibilities and perform ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 4 (RMA) or QCF Level 5 qualification in Social Care.
  • Experience in managing people and service provision within domiciliary care.
  • Strong understanding of CQC assessment criteria for Good and Outstanding scores.
