We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Domiciliary Care Manager to join our team at London Care Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our care services and ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of care workers to deliver high-quality care services to our clients.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient delivery of care services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
- Registered Manager status.
- Proven experience managing a branch in domiciliary care.
- Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Passion for delivering high-quality community care.
- Solid understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks for care services.
- Good budgeting, business management, and commercial skills.
