About the Role:
We are seeking a Production Operative to join our team at our Grandstand Road or Yazor factory in Hereford. As a Production Operative, you will be involved in the production and packaging of raw food products.

Working Hours:
40 hours per week, 05:00-14:00/14:00-23:00 rotational shift pattern Monday to Friday.
About the Role:
You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment which is noisy and refrigerated in some areas, manufacturing short shelf life products where hygiene standards are critical.
Your duties will include:
- Weighing, assembling and packing products ready for despatch.
- Labelling and grading of products.
- Manual handling which can include lifting equipment and products up to 20kg.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone with:
- A good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
- The ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
- Good attention to detail and a flexible attitude to tasks.
