**Job Summary**

Planet Pharma is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing expert legal advice and guidance to support the company's business objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Interpreting and advising on complex commercial law and regulations, including industry codes and standards.
  • Providing sound legal advice with pragmatic commercial insight, ensuring compliance with UK and Irish legislation and case law.
  • Researching, drafting, and providing legal risk assessments to support business decisions.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, including collaborative working agreements and contracts.
  • Reviewing and advising on promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Developing and updating legal training, contract templates, and guidance to support the business.
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of legal processes to promote efficiency and effectiveness.

**Accountabilities:**

  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance to support business objectives.
  • Applying commercial law knowledge to different situations, adapting, and suggesting improvements to processes.
  • Working independently with some supervision, taking ownership of advice provided.
  • Being a valued individual contributor who provides legal advice focused on achieving business objectives.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong knowledge of commercial law and regulations, including industry codes and standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
