About the Role

Planet Pharma is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing sound legal advice and guidance to support the company's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret and apply EU, UK, and Irish laws and regulations, including industry codes, to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Provide expert advice on complex legal issues across multiple fields, including commercial, healthcare compliance, value, and access.
  • Conduct research, draft, and provide legal risk assessments to inform business decisions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including commercial, collaborative/joint working agreements, and HCP/HCO contracts.
  • Review promotional and non-promotional materials to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and update legal training, contract templates, and guidance to support the business.
  • Support the local data privacy officer and corporate administration as needed.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of legal processes to promote efficiency and effectiveness.

Accountabilities

  • Provide sound legal advice with pragmatic commercial insight, staying up-to-date with relevant legal changes and developments.
  • Apply learnings to different situations, adapt, and suggest improvements to processes to drive business success.
  • Work independently with some supervision, taking ownership of advice provided and ensuring its quality and accuracy.
  • Contribute as a valued individual to the team, providing legal advice focused on achieving business objectives.
