Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Development Centre Coach to join our team. As a Development Centre Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions to young footballers, focusing on developing their skills and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging coaching sessions for young footballers
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve player skills and techniques
  • Work closely with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective coaching environment
  • Provide feedback and guidance to players to help them improve their performance

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in coaching youth football
  • Strong knowledge of football techniques and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
