Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Academy Performance Coach to help shape the future of our young talent. Our Academy is dedicated to developing the next generation of footballers, and we are looking for a coach who can help us achieve our goals.

Job Title: Lead Academy Performance Coach (W&G)

Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing, BN15 9FP

Job Type: Full time, to include evenings and weekends

Salary: Competitive

We are looking for a coach who is passionate about developing young footballers and has a proven track record of success in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our Academy coaching team and developing our young players through a range of coaching sessions and training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Academy coaching team and develop a coaching strategy that aligns with the club's goals and objectives
  • Develop and deliver coaching sessions and training programs for our young players
  • Work closely with our Academy staff to ensure that our young players receive the best possible coaching and support
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of our young players and provide feedback to the coaching team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a coach in a similar role
  • Passion for developing young footballers
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work closely with a team and build strong relationships
