Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Academy Coach to join our team at our Development Centres in Horsham, Carshalton, Whyteleafe, Portsmouth, and Lancing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality coaching sessions to young players
  • Develop and implement coaching plans to meet the needs of our players
  • Work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to achieve our goals
  • Provide excellent customer service to our players and their families

Requirements

We are looking for someone with a passion for football and a commitment to developing young players. You will need to have:

  • Experience of coaching young players
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £13.13 per hour and the opportunity to work with a talented team of coaches and staff.
