Lead Academy Performance Coach

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Academy Performance Coach to help shape the future of our young talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement performance coaching programs for young players
  • Collaborate with coaching staff to design and deliver training sessions
  • Conduct player assessments and provide feedback to improve performance
  • Work closely with the Academy management team to ensure alignment with the club's goals and objectives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in performance coaching or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of football development and coaching methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
