Renal Care Team Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Renal Care Team Lead to join our team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our nursing management team, you will be responsible for leading our renal care team and promoting high standards of care.
The estimated salary for this role is £63,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the renal care team and promote high standards of care
- Participate in service planning and development
- Responsible for the implementation of measurable accountable models
- Registered Nurse educated to Part 1 of the NMC Register
- Post registration qualification in renal specialty
- Evidence of continuous professional development
- Managerial and leadership qualification/ relevant experience
