This role offers a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will benefit from a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.

You will have access to ongoing training and education opportunities to support your professional development and contribute to the success of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Dialysis Unit team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among staff members.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve patient outcomes, incorporating research and evidence-based practice.
  • Contribute to service planning and strategic decision-making within the trust.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to trust policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Registered Nurse educated to Part 1 of the NMC Register.
  • Post-registration qualification in renal specialty, including recognised Renal course.
  • Teaching qualification, such as Mentorship and Preceptorship/Practice Assessor course.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:

  • Proven track record in change management, including service development.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in responding to changing departmental needs.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to engage with management and staff.
