Job Summary

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Orthogeriatrics team, providing high-quality care to elderly patients with fragility fractures.

Main Duties

As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will work closely with the Consultant Geriatricians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing and managing patients with fragility fractures
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care
  • Providing education and support to patients and their families
