About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in the Out Of Hours (OOH) and Clinical Assessment Service (CAS) in the Devon region.

As a leading provider of NHS services, Practice Plus Group is delivering a new model of Integrated Urgent Care that reduces pressures on services and staff.

By bringing together NHS 111, CAS, and other urgent care services, we enable patients to access the right care, when they need it.

This is an ideal opportunity for a dedicated and skilled Advanced Clinical Practitioner who can independently prescribe and work autonomously within their sphere of competency.

You will be working as part of a friendly and close-knit multi-skilled team that includes GPs, registered nurses, UCPs, mental health nurses, and dental nurses.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing patients and planning their care
  • Administering treatment and discharging or referring patients to other healthcare professionals
  • Using our electronic prescribing system
