Job Summary

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Orthogeriatrics team, providing high-quality care to elderly patients with fragility fractures.

Main Duties
  • Work closely with the Orthogeriatrics team to provide joint care for elderly trauma patients.
  • Develop and implement new ways of working to enhance inpatient care for frail, elderly patients.
  • Collaborate with Consultant Geriatricians, junior medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-standard care.
  • Contribute to the development of the Orthogeriatrics team and the wider Healthcare for Older People department.

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Advanced Clinical Practitioner who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to elderly patients. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant training in advanced clinical practice.
  • Experience working in an Orthogeriatrics or similar setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
