Project Manager Assistant

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will provide support to our experienced Project Managers, shadowing on various projects to develop your skills further. You will be required to travel to site 2-3 days per week and be flexible to do so.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide support to Project Managers on various projects
* Assist in the coordination and monitoring of subcontractors and suppliers
* Compile and update CPHSPs in conjunction with H&S Advisors
* Compile contract variations with Quantity Surveyors
* Material take-offs & procurement
* Undertake site surveys
* Chair Project & Design team meetings, provide written minutes & action tracking
* Review and approval of subcontractor RAMS
* Regular site visits to check on progress and quality of work (QA)
* Development of tender programmes through to Construction phase level, record progress and delays
* Reviewing design information, compiling and tracking of RFI's
* Assessing design details, highlighting potential issues, and pro-actively seeking guidance to ensure problems are overcome in a swift and agreeable manner.

**Requirements**

* Good understanding of Microsoft Project programming software and all other standard Office software
* Ability to travel and undertake site visits
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
