About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a key member of our residential services, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional care and support to our children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.
  • Provide guidance, structure, and positive role modeling to promote healthy lifestyles and life choices.
  • Support our young people to engage in education and access clinically led training to improve their skills and develop their practice.
  • Contribute to a safe and welcoming environment, adhering to protocols and regulations at all times.
  • Participate in household duties, record keeping, and report writing to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Organize and participate in activities, outings, and events to promote socialization and engagement.
Requirements
  • Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
  • Desirable but not essential: NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare, previous experience working in a therapeutic environment, or therapeutic qualifications.

  • A competitive rate of pay: £11.92-£12.54 per hour, with a £30.00 additional sleep-in rate.
