About the Role

CareTech Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Manager to lead our Children's Home in Lytham St. Annes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each young person
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to provide a nurturing and supportive environment
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including parents, carers, and other professionals, to promote the welfare of our young residents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and national minimum standards

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in residential care for children, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge of childcare legislation, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
