Role Description:
The Head of English is responsible for leading the English department at Ribbons and Reeves Limited. This is a senior leadership role that requires a qualified educator with leadership experience to drive academic excellence and foster a love for literature and language among our students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, dedicated to student success, and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that meets the needs of all learners.
  • Cultivate an engaging and inclusive learning environment that inspires a love for literature and language.
  • Foster collaborative relationships with staff to implement innovative teaching practices.
  • Monitor and assess student progress to ensure every learner receives targeted support.


Salary Range: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum. This salary reflects the importance of this role within our organization and is competitive with industry standards.
