Job Requirements

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced individual with a strong background in English and leadership experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, committed to student success, and able to drive outstanding academic outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the English department, driving excellence in teaching and learning.
  • Develop and implement an engaging and inclusive curriculum that inspires a love for literature and language.
  • Collaborate with staff to implement innovative teaching practices and enhance student progress.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to motivate and inspire staff, students, and parents alike, and contribute to the school's commitment to excellence.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
