This is a training position with the post holder undertaking a Postgraduate Diploma in Child and Young Person Psychological Trainings at Kings College London, while working in our face-to-face frontline Mental Health Support Teams in schools and/or community services.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver evidence-based guided self-help interventions for children and young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
- Support children, young people, and parent/carers who are referred into the MHST or community services.
- Use newly developed skills to provide clinical support and guidance.
The post holder will receive clinical supervision to support their professional development and will be taught to deliver evidence-based interventions.
Requirements- A Postgraduate Diploma in Child and Young Person Psychological Trainings at Kings College London.
- A work placement in our face-to-face frontline Mental Health Support Teams in schools and/or community services.
- Ability to balance a busy work and study schedule.
