Job Description You will be joining our supply chain team and your role is internally referred to as Strategic Sourcing Co-ordinator.

This is a 7 month Fixed Term Contract role. You will be based in our Farnborough office.

You will provide exceptional levels of support to the Supply Chain team and key stakeholders, in purchasing data analysis, administration, client service and supplier management support.

You will enjoy building strong internal and external stakeholders.

Data Management:
  • Assist and lead in data preparation for category reviews and tenders
  • Request, review, analyse and report on Supplier Data
  • Assist in analysis of rebate tracker data and the chasing of trackers with suppliers
  • Support the Strategic Sourcing Teams on contract build and execution, including loading onto our Contract Software System.
  • Support the Team on key project deliveries.
  • Assist the Directors and Managers in ensuring business compliance with company policies and procedures.
Supplier Performance Management:
  • Compliance report analysis for key suppliers
  • Ability to establish, build and harness long-term relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to prioritise workload and differentiate between urgent and important tasks
  • Excellent analytical and numerical ability, particularly through Excel
