Occupational Therapist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Community Mental Health Team. The successful candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, providing expert assessment, guidance, and recommendation to support their recovery.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy interventions for referred clients using evidence-based, client-centred principles.
- Complete OT functional assessments and support completion of funding applications.
- Hold a small Care Co-ordinator caseload alongside a focused Occupational Therapy caseload.
- Participate in the Shared Care rota and promote the role of Occupational Therapy within the clinical area.
- Supervise OT students and provide education and upskilling to community support workers.
