We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Training Manager to join our client's central team. This role is responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring safety, quality, and environmental practices are embedded throughout the business.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for each Business Unit and Sector.
  • Identify new areas of training to enhance service delivery and competency levels.
  • Deliver key health and safety training courses nationwide.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in facilities management, mechanical and electrical services, and multi-site environments. A NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification, along with a PTLLS or KTTLS Level 3 training qualification, is necessary. Understanding of training requirements for an M&E business is crucial.
