Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Manager

Eiffage Kier Ferrovial BAM is currently seeking a Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Manager to join our team. This exciting opportunity involves working on the prestigious HS2 project, supporting the development of safety strategies and promoting a positive safety culture.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of health and safety practices and procedures, with a strong background in managing multi-disciplinary teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures
- Monitoring and analysing safety data to inform decision-making
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks
- Providing training and guidance to employees on health and safety best practices
Qualifications for this role include:
- A NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification in occupational safety and health
- TechIOSH status or higher
- Proven experience in health and safety management, preferably in a similar industry
