UK Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Wallace Hind Selection. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for generating new and existing business in a front-line sales capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the sales function, guiding the strategic direction of the sales team and managing budgets and targets.
  • Recruit, manage, and develop a high-performing sales team to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a strong background in electrical or electronic products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
What We Offer:
