Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our team at Arora Group. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing sales strategies to meet our hotel revenue stream targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key account teams and brand partners
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through telesales calls, face-to-face appointments, and non-face-to-face sales activity
  • Develop and manage effective account animation plans to maximize sales opportunities
  • Coordinate customer relationships to encourage repeat business and promote the wider Arora collection of hotels
  • Execute and communicate Arora Group and relevant brand marketing initiatives and promotions
  • Utilize public relations, marketing, and social media resources to improve sales effectiveness
