Job Title: Midwife Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced midwife to join our team as a Midwife Care Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to provide safe, effective, and personalized care to women and families in the community.

About the Role:

  • Participate in an integrated midwifery model working within both community and acute settings.
  • Demonstrate and promote a woman and family-centered style of clinical practice.
  • Deliver and maintain a high standard of day-to-day evidence-based practice for all women in the designated clinical area/caseload.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide the full range of midwifery support and care, including antenatal, one-to-one care in labour, and postnatal care.
  • Liaise with other members of the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Engage with women and their families to encourage and promote women-centered care.

What You'll Need:

  • Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council.
  • United Kingdom recognized Degree in Midwifery Practice.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development through maintenance of professional portfolio and registration revalidation.
  • Experience working in an acute clinical environment.

Salary: £42,000 - £55,000 per annum.
