We work closely with our children and young people to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support, and we are committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those in our care.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Night Childcare Worker to join our team at Teasel Close. As a Night Childcare Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional needs of our children are met during the night. This may involve managing challenging behaviour, providing personal care, and offering advice and support.

Responsibilities

  • Help children and young people settle into night-time and morning routines
  • Assist in the provision and preparation of meals in the Home
  • Support children and young people in maintaining and improving their skills and daily lives in line with individual care plans

Requirements

  • Good standard of literacy
  • Grade D or above (3+) in GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English (Grade C or above (4-9) preferred)
  • A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification
