Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centered care and support to service users, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support service users with their goals and aspirations, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Working Hours:
