Job Summary:

As a Power Supply Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out preventative and corrective maintenance of our electrical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with safety, performance, and minimum operating requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out planned preventative and corrective maintenance independently, in accordance with maintenance instructions, to the required quality and defined standards.
  • Assist with high voltage planned preventative and corrective maintenance under supervision, until competency allows you to undertake high voltage work yourself.
  • Identify and propose technical improvements regarding Eurotunnel's equipment, processes, and practices.
  • Be forward thinking and motivated towards career development, advancing towards high voltage competence.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 Electrical installations with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  • Electrical Ordinary National Certificate (ONC) / Electrical BTEC Level 3 desirable, but not essential.
  • AM2 Certification is desirable, but not essential.
  • Electrical ECS card is desirable, but not essential.
  • BS th Edition Wiring Regulations is desirable, but not essential.
  • C&G 2391 Electrical Test and Inspection is desirable, but not essential.
  • Experience in electrical maintenance in a commercial or industrial environment is desirable, but not essential.
  • A valid Driving Licence and Passport is essential.
  • The ability to communicate in French and/or another European Language is desirable.
